Comments: He called to confirm start date. He showed up on time to do work. He and his helper did a great job on my sidewalk job. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. He did job in a couple of days. One day for framing and digging form down to 4 inches. Same day, rebar was put in framed formed areas. Second day on job, cement was poured, and evened out, and finish brush work done. Third day, forms were removed, cement was saw cut , and area cleaned up. Another company that quoted for job, wanted to do all the work in one day. I did not want a rush job. Perez did the job over the course of several days, and end result is great.
