Work Description: Boiler & hot water heater replacement

Comments: Nate hired his high school buddies from Washington to work on my house, they had zero experience. He left them alone. They drilled through a structural support, cross wired thermostats, did not install mixing valves, (thank you Canyon plumbing & heating for fixing this nightmare). After the 11th time of them coming out they just quit answering their phones. SEE PICTURES OF WHAT THEY DID ON GOOGLE.

Work Description: Boiler replacement

Comments: Ben and Nate replaced an aging boiler with a new, high efficiency boiler. The system failed within days, developed water leaks, and a gas leak. Nothing but trouble getting them back out to fix the botched installation. Many missed appointments. I contested the bill for the gas leak and they voided their warranty. Their warranty on workmanship is worthless. Another company fixed their failures.

Pennington's installed a boiler without following the installation manual; the piping (damaged the boiler), the venting (a carbon monoxide hazard), the wiring (an electrical short hazard), were all wrong. More importantly, they failed to install a pressure relief valve creating an explosion hazard. All told, they put life and property at risk. The installation had water and gas leaks as well as a system failure before they voided their warranty, which they did because I contested a bill for a gas leak at the hose they installed as documents by Xcel Energy. Then, they lied about what the Xcel tech did and did not do even though they weren't present, but I was and know exactly what the Xcel tech did. These men are not professional in any interpretation of that word except fraud.

Until now there is no show up; no callback; no excuses.

Comments: Ben never showed up when he said he would. He was late each time, an hour late for the original free estimate, three hours late for the next visit when he removed parts from the hvac and left them on my bathroom counter, and a couple of times he didn't even show up. One excuse was that his van was stolen, another excuse was that his tech picked up the wrong parts, and the last time he never even showed up. I ended up telling him I didn't want him to do any more work and he sent me a final bill of over $2,300. I had already paid half down on the original promised work and asked for a refund. Now he's asking for more money instead of refunding me. This was an awful experience of wasting my time and keeping me from getting to work on time because I was waiting on him. It's being reported but I hope nobody trusts this company and doesn't pay anything up front like I did.
this customer was in the unfortunate position of having to either sell a condo she is listing immediately with a non functional rust bucket of a water furnace that is over 20 years old or replace it. I attempted to rebuild it at first but found the rust to be to extensive. the parts left on the counter where on plastic and Mrs bond requested that I leave them and try to get the replacement unit that night to install at night. unfortunately my installer miguell was not available in time to do the install so he showed up to do it at 7am at which time Mrs bond declined the install and refused to pay for the work that had been Done in to that point

Comments: I just moved my office to my home and had to update and clean all A/C and heating systems and repair ducts.Heather was wonderful very knowledgeable and got in and got the job done with out any problems.
penningtons duct cleaning did a great job. i will recomend them to all my friends.

Comments: they allowed a trainee to do the instilation and he crossed some wires. This did not alow the thermostat to function. I called them back and they came that same evening. The problem was fixed but they left without checking it's operation. When they again returne hey showed me how to check for the performace and it was working.
