Comments: Oh WOW! Excellent work! My husband and started a concrete patio (footing and stem wall) but we had no more energy to finish the project along with a 4x21 ft sidewalk. Tip Tops crew came in and finished our project. It was worth every penny. They worked hard and finished it by the end of a long work day. Now I saving up for them to do my driveway.

Comments: Where is the negative stars they definitely deserve them. Worst crew of concrete workers I ever saw. It's holding water everywhere on the 40 by 40 slap had to do half or more of the work myself. Terrible experience. I really wish they could be considered a amateur much less a pro. I believe it was between 11 and 13 grand for a slab that looks like maybe a 3rd grader did it. I could add all the details but I'd let you come and fix your mess ups for a review with maybe more than one star. I mean that's bad business. If this is not Jason or whatever from tip top concrete. I apologize and you can get ahold of me and I'll gladly delete my review.

Hello and thank you for the review. You are correct, you doing half the work yourself was in the contract for you to grade the area and have it ready for us to form it and pour it. That is how you wanted me to write up the contract. You didn't want to pay anything extra for me to do the grade work for you. I have several pictures of what was done and it looks great. The smooth finish job we did turned out really nice. When it rains there is water on the patio yes because there is no building on it at this point. In order for it to be dry you will need to erect your building as discussed. Thank you and have a great day

Comments: Do not recommend Tip Top Construction for concrete jobs.
Had to instruct the workers as to what to do.
Cement splatter everywhere even with plastic taped tio the walls.
Color is not what was ordered.
Still waiting on plumber to finish moving a faucet

We are sorry that you feel that way. Upon walking the job with you, you and your wife were happy with everything. You also chose the color you wanted from the concrete company, that gets mixed at the concrete plant, we do not do anything with the color. We do not hire people that you have to instruct, the concrete workers have been doing this for 15-18 years. As far as the plumber, he is a separate company and he got in touch with you about finishing moving the faucet. He has a lot of clients as well. A personal phone call would have been better as we are a small business and we strive to make sure our customers are happy, that is why we walk the job together at the end. We do appreciate your business even though you decided to give us a 1 star review. If you need anything in the future please give us a call and we will try and meet your needs more on a personal level that you feel comfortable with. Comments: This company is good at what they do. They tore out my old driveway and hauled everything away the first day. The second day they had a bunch of grading and leveling to do and then they formed everything up. It rained the 3rd day and they poured the 4th day. It could of been a 3 day project. The company isn't the cheapest around but they do great work. Never hire the cheapest company anyway. Highly recommend to everyone

Great job. They were in the same ball park as the other 2 companies but not the cheapest company (which I don't reccomend any) but I went with these guys because when they showed up they were well dressed, very professional and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend these guys.
