Comments: Company showed up on time and decided I had a pocket mole then dug hole and placed traps. They didn't return till I called them 10 days later. They then checked traps and only found some fur but wasn't sure we got them and replaced one trap and still haven't returned after another 10 days. No more mounds so may have gotten them. When asked about guarantee workers did not know the answer also did mention discounts for senior citizens or military members of which I have both and didn't get. Comments: Jesse came from Aurora to Boulder within an hour and a half of the initial contact which was FIVE minutes after logging on to the site. It took him about fifteen minutes to spray a well-established yellow jacket nest inside the front wall. He explained each step as he went along and provided a guarantee (with free re-spray if needed) and was extremely knowledgeable about the habits of the pests and how they would meet their demise. Comments: We had a good first experience. They went around the house and cleared off spider egg sacs and webs, sprayed the inside and outside, and set up bait traps for the large number of mice we found on our newly purchased foreclosure property. We are set up on a year contract, so hoping the great service continues.
