Comments: She (Alondra Ramirez) and her husband had the best quote. She has yet to confirm my acceptance of her offer, but she was the only one to respond back with a detailed follow up quote. Felt comfortable with her quote and ability to do the job correctly. Language might be a barrier, but she speaks English well. Husband actually doing the work? Not so much. That's all to keep me from giving Ortiz concrete an "excellent" rating. Plus, she has yet to accept the job. However, she gets it if she wants it.-
