Comments: Dont go by your written contract Mark will change his mind about what he will do. Make sure you get the extra materials to finish the job Mark doesn't do everything. You want pictures got them. I would never hire him again. He knew what I wanted and should of been upfront . Another scammer.

I cannot believe that you will right such review when I tried to explain to you what is the problem maybe I will let you know what was the problem again your office located in a commercial building your water shut off valve for your water line will turn off the water for the entire building first you’re supposed to let your tenants know that you will be turning the water off second I’m not a plumber you need a plumber to replace the shut off valve in order for me to change the toilet I will change the Toilet once you get your plumber fix the problem.. so I cannot help you because I’m not a plumber ..For my future customer who will be reviewing this review I tried my best to explain every single thing to the customer I left her all the material what she paid for and I give her money back for what the job I could not finish so I cannot believe that she wrote such a review for me that I’m a scammer when I give her the best price from the beginning and she agreed on the price when the job is completed she said the job is too expensive
