He fixed a toilet and a dishwasher for me qt one of my rentals and he was very reasonably priced and great workmanship .I hire him again at my own house and he when above and beyond an and all expectations . I had 4 jobs for him and he completed all of them , I was impressed with his knowledge of what was wrong with my dryer just by turning it on for 10 sec .-
