Work Description: Remodel of Victorian bathroom and front porch
Comments: Juan and his crew did an awesome job. My once ugly bathroom last remodeled in 1970 had peeling paint with old outdated fixtures and was ugly, but now it is bright and beautiful and is restored and beautiful. My walls were taken down to the studs and the ceiling restored back to the original height. A frame was made for the docorative window to allow more light. My clawfoot tub was restored. New drywall, paint and tiles were set in place and a medallion was put on the ceiling. It was a big job, and Juan’s crew was professional, friendly and also gave me some ideas. His crew also restored my front porch to my Victorian home and made it structurally sound. Which entailed raising a major corner post and adding supports. His carpenter skills are wonderful. I could not have asked for a better person to do this job and would definitely recommend him to anyone and plan to use him again.Alameda CA

Work Description: Tile Installation
Comments: Juan did a wonderful job with my bathroom. He installed penny tile on the floors and a subway pattern in the tub shower surround. He had excellent suggestions for grout colors and worked really well with my carpenters who were also there. Juan was very punctual and got all the work done in the time he quoted me. Work Description: Bathroom Remodel
Comments: Juan removed our previous bathroom floor tiles in three bathrooms and installed our new tiles (pictured). He also removed our carpet in two bedrooms and installed our laminate floors. Juan is exceptionally precise and aims to deliver high quality work. He and his team were punctual every day that they were scheduled to come in, and let us know every step of the way what he would be doing on that particular day. He kept a clean workspace at the end of each work day, discarding clutter and debris. He is meticulous and detailed in his work (see photos), and has a great eye for what looks great and what fits your aesthetic. He offers competitive prices for his services and he is open to communicating on what your needs are throughout. Work Description: Tile Installation and Replacement
Comments: I started my bathroom remodel about one year and a half ago with the vision of a curb-less shower and tiled walls. The sloped shower pan and the crooked walls were a clear indication that this tiling job is well beyond my skill set. I gave up on my honey do project and was fortunate enough to find Juan Infantas. He showed up on a Sunday afternoon to take a look and give us an estimate. The price seemed a tad high, but after consulting with a retired tiling business owner, it sounded well within the ball park going rate. Juan started the project the following Monday laying the barrier floor. By Friday everything was done with great care, thoughtful details (lining tiles up with the linear drain), keeping a clean site. The result was well beyond my wildest expectations, just perfect. The walls are flat and true, the layout better than I had envisioned and the piece of mind that there will be no leak, mold or any other issues forcing a do over. I will hire Juan Infantas for all future tiling jobs without any hesitation. If you have read this review, your search for the best tiling professional is over.Concord CA

Work Description: Tile Installation and Replacement
Comments: Simply the best! Juan and his partner were respectful of my home, my time, my questions, and my budget. Juan showed me each step in the process as they worked. They worked diligently and efficiently. It was a small job (16 sq ft) in a tight space, and they made it work. They even disconnected, moved, and reinstalled our washer & dryer. Comments: Juan worked quickly and also took extra measures where needed to make sure our bathroom walls were properly waterproofed and that the tiles were plum to the wall. He installed very straight tiles and edging. He is a kind and trustworthy professional - I highly recommend hiring him!
