Comments: Made one wait ALL day with no approximate time for arrival. Poor planning or scheduling on the companies part. If you did not answer their call, whenever that might come, they would cancel. Very poor planning. Joe, the technician was fine, but tried to tell me things that I knew were not true. Such as the system froze up on you. No it was never on long enough to freeze up. He did suggest a sealant for the leak that it has and that had never been offered before. So, all-in-all a) bad appointment policies, b) decent technician, c) not bad pricing on the refill of refrigerant (quoted at $315) and don't know about the sealant ($161). We'll see if the sealant does any good.addition to other review. FREE estimate is either dead wrong or fraud. Only applies to new installations according to the receptionist. Should remove from advertising

Comments: Matt was professional and knew what he was doing. We had another company come earlier who diagnosed it wrong and said it would cost $2200. Matt found a pin whole in a line repaired it and charge was $149. He was great-
