Work Description: Resurface Parking Lot
Comments: You get what you pay for! They did not complete the job and they changed the drainage so now the water puddles into a large pond. They did not seal the edges of the asphalt which starting breaking off three days after it was installed. I would recommend another company.Cincinnati OH

Work Description: Concrete Patio, blacktop driveway, supposed to re-pave the front steps
Comments: Sloppy work and not a great experience.- Left a huge pile of dirt sitting in my backyard. What am I supposed to do with this??
- Did not complete a portion of the work they agreed to (front steps). It has now been 2 months since the patio was completed and James has yet to come back. He now claims this was never a part of the contracted price
- He has screamed at me on the phone. Very unprofessional
- Took a broom off my property, has yet to provide a replacement
- All I hear is excuses, excuses, excuses as to why he has not returned.
- Clearly ran out of materials for my driveway. Could have used 1 more coat for dips in driveway

Work Description: James and his crew did my daughters patio and driveway. He borrowed my daughters neighbors will barrel and left it full of concrete mixer and she was disappointed. He also cut wires in my daughters backyard and never replaced and installed her broom.
Comments: Do not use this guy he inflated prices and does not finish his work. We paid money to have her front steps done also and he has not come back to finish the work.James has agreed to resolve the issues by July 30th.
