With that in mind Dooper personally inspects each and every job. His standard is that it has to be done right the first time and always better than any other in town would have done it. Always.

Dooper believes that the key to success is having the best crews, using the best materials and always thinking about things from the perspective of the customer. In other words, he focuses on what you may or may not like. Maybe you don't want strangers wandering around your yard shirtless or in filthy clothing so Dooper has everyone wearing clean company shirts with their names clearly written on the sleeves. Maybe you have concerns about clean up or damage so Dooper has his crews cover your bushes, lawn, driveway and garage door with tarps to keep things clean. Maybe you don't want roofers with dirty shoes knocking on your door wanting to use your restroom so Dooper brings a portable facility for his staff on jobs that will take substantial amounts of time. Dooper knows you may have fears about companies that jack up the price "after" work has been started and so in his contracts he states that "there will be no additional costs without the signed consent of the property owner and Dooper himself". In reality, additional costs are rare and generally occur only when rotted wood is exposed after removing an old roof.
