Comments: I think the traps I put out myself are doing more than the one baited trap they put OUTSIDE. My problem is inside. And they said they’d leave sticky pads for the problem and didn’t. I have an electric trap and killed removed about 9 mice/rats. Their trap is doing nothing outside. All the other pest prevention things they did were great and I can’t wait for my second treatment.

Comments: Sent a representative that was enthusiastic. Wanted to get under the house to determine what is required. Verbally said all the right things to bring the damage to a controlled environment, didn't make it feel like it was going to cost an arm and a leg. Checked the entire how, roof eves, roof, gutter system. Like my dogs, too. Signed up for their bi-monthly pest service, as well. Price was great. Have to hope that the results are just as good as the first impression.
