Work Description: These folks are thieves. They cannot be trusted. The say something and go and do something else. We discussed the work to be done, and they ended sending couple spanish folks there to only replace the roof with fixing part of the structural domage that we agreed that needed to be replaced before the roof is put up. After we agreed on a price, they went there to only replace the roof and told me that the other things that needed to be replaced were in good conditions and don't need to be replaced. I was lucky that my phone company was able to get me phone call transcripts that i had with them, which we will be using in a court room.

Our intention was to ensure your satisfaction. On Wed Feb 7th you expressed that there was additional work not written on agreement and you were refusing to pay until this work was completed-virtually holding us hostage. After some clarification on the additional work you wanted done, we confirmed that you wanted us to brace the ridge beam and if we do so you would make a final payment. on Friday feb 9th we completed this work at no additional cost and sent you photos to confirm the work. at this point you still refused to pay us. We regret that you were still unhappy with the outcome despite our efforts. We remain committed to resolving this matter and are open to further discussion to find a solution that meets your expectations. Please let us know how we can proceed to address your concerns and regain your trust in our services.
