Comments: If I could give 0 stars I would, as I feel 1 star is 1 too many. We began talking with Lorenzo Guzman of Oasis Landscaping on 02 March 22. He was one of 3 people we asked for a quote from via Thumbtack. On or around 07 March, we paid our first payment of $8,055.50 and another payment of $3000 a few weeks later. The Oasis Landscaping crew showed up and tore down our deck, fence, and shed. Concrete was poured for the footings. Eventually, the framework was put up but was taken down, disassembled, and partially put back up for reasons not explained to us. Since April, we have not been able to access our backyard. We have sent dozens of texts and made phone calls to Oasis Landscaping, most of which have gone unanswered. We have repeatedly asked for a timeline and have failed to receive any information on when the project will be complete or the reasons for the delay. We have paid over $11,000, and our backyard is in worse shape than when we began. One of the reasons we chose Lorenzo was because he said he could complete our project in April.

We will need to hire a new contractor to consult with to assess the project's current state, create a design to complete the project, and fix damages to our property.
