Comments: New York Home Renovation was great to work with. They helped me design my kitchen and was through and precise at rectifying issues that arose during any renovation. My Home is over 50 years old so I was expecting age issue with support of my floor, I am a retired engineer, and Ty spoke the right language and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. The renovation took longer than expected but this was communicated to me and we discussed things together which was a breath of fresh air when my last contractor never really communicated important issues hence me getting rid of him and Hiring Ty Salazar.Thanks Kiddo for the great work.

Comments: Met Ty and his team during the pandemic, he was on time and really took the time to explain the process of doing a kitchen remodel. The price kind of shocked me but he showed me online the pricing of everything. He even designed the space in which 3 other contractors did not even offer and had color photos of my new kitchen before it was done. He worked with me on pricing and since I had a family member in the military he gave me his discount. They worked very hard and clean. I did make a slight error and ordered the wrong appliance he got on the phone and rectified it immediately without any issue or charge to me. This man knows what he's doing and talks to you with true empathy, I know because I drove him nuts with my late-night calls, sorry Ty lol. I'm saving for my basement renovation and I'm booking him for the winter.Thanks again Ny Home renovation inc.!!!

Comments: Ty and his crew were FANTASTIC!. This man handled project which was a kitchen and bath remodel that transformed into the front staircase redone beautifully to the back porch being being totally redone, I wish I had the budget but the basement is next. NYHR expeditor and assistant Jomaira handled all the permits and old violations with no issue, they even had a fine reduced. thank you so much and good luck in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMEN AND VETERAN.

Comments: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI would like to thank Ny Home Renovation for the great job they did for me and my husband to renovate my apartment in forest hills. Ty and his workers went the extra mile working with my super to make sure everything was done to be safe during the pandemic. I especially liked that Ty personally designed my kitchen with me and listened and gave me great advice. The bathroom looks beautiful with the herringbone white tile and frameless glass doors, and he created a beautiful walk in closet with french doors, terri the floor sander and polisher was quick and clean.
