Comments: I am really impressed, professional’s.I am living in a 100 years old house with 50 years old roof with multiple leak’s and very old sidings. Eric was our guide in this mess made everything look’s easy during the project we took few bid’s and they wasn’t the cheapest but it’s completely worth it. Thank you NW Builders&Renovation; you are doing amazing job.

I told her I didn't know what all it needed, that's why I called for an estimator - to go up on the roof, check it out and give me a bid. I consequently went elsewhere.Vancouver WA

Comments: No ,cost was way too high. The person who came out to look at the project was busy taking other calls on his phone. He did give me an approximate cost right there but it took forever . Should have taken measurements and got back to me later. He did email later and cost was over $1000 more than before.Portland OR

Comments: N W Builders is a dishonet and devious company and the worst company I have ever experienced. I was quoted $2,900 to repair my 20 ft X 20 ft garage roof by project manager Eric F. The N W Builders crew of 2 men did a patch work of 15 ft X 10 ft only in 2 hours and did not repair/replace the entire garage roof. I was charged for five sheet of 4 ft X 8 ft roofing plywood and only two sheets were used and no credit issue for unused plywood. In fact, Eric F. informed me that N W might have to use more than 5 plywood sheets if required to cover the entire garage roof. The national average to repair a 10 ft X 15 ft roof patch is $700 - $ 800. In addition, when I paid by check, there was suppose to be a 4% discount for cash payments but N W Manager in Seattle would not approve the cash discount as clearly stated in their contract. A terrible experience with a terrible company.Lake Oswego OR
