Comments: Mike came out and did an excellent job. He replaced the garage door sensors, oiled the wires, amongst a few other things as well. He came and got right to business. I had issues with another company named "Garage and Gates" that initially installed the entire motor back in March 2022. However, when I called (still under warranty) to have someone come out because my garage door was not staying down (bad sensor) they now showed on me twice but still made verbal contact as if they were on their way. I even missed work to stay home for this company. When I contacted Rose from one man show she understood my troubles and had her guy Mike come out the same day! Like I said before, he got right to business and took care of everything. I highly recommend Mike from "One Man Show Garage Doors".Thanks Mike, very professional company might I add.

The belt drive system is super quiet and required a new rail which was included with the motor. I also added the exterior keypad and extra remote...thanks again for the great quality service.
