Work Description: Complex faucet repair

Comments: We have a special type of faucet in our shower that has a screen and control. The faucet came with the house and my husband has joked many times how expensive the faucet will be when it breaks. I called the home warranty company we have and the told us it was not able to be repaired. We called Northern Virginia Plumbing and they came out and tried to repair the faucet, the gentleman explained to us that the parts were under warranty. He gave me a list of 3 parts and the phone number to call. The parts came in on Friday and they returned to day and completed the job. We could not be happier and are very grateful with their work.

Work Description: Repair burst pipe

Comments: Our basement flooded this morning, my wife noticed it as we were heading to church. I called several companies and no one could come out anytime soon, We lucked out and got a hold of Nothern Virginia Plumbing they said they would be out in 20 minutes, and they were. A plastic pipe broke between the basement and kitchen. Dave had the water off and the pipe fixed in less than an hour. He called another gentleman who brought out a Vacuum that they let us borrow to clean up some water.

Work Description: Clogged main sewer and camera line

Comments: Carl came out to our house this morning. We had a blockage of the main pipes in the basement. We seem to go about 9 months and the drain backs up and we have to have snaked again. This is the second time we have used Northern Virginia Plumbing and Carl is wonderful, he used the camera an located where our sewer problems were originating from. My husband was very happy with them also.
