Yes I was late That was on me for not paying closer attention to the schedule. 2) I was on my phone putting together a free quote for you. not making phone calls . or texting 3) The trouble shooting we did was discussing your issue with flickering lights which was not happening when we were there. 4) you were not charged for the visit.
