Work Description: Basement Renovation
Comments: Their name should be NJ UNreLIEable! Let’s start with Francois the estimator. Francois was great to get the business from me and really sounded like he knew what he was doing but unfortunately the so call owner Wilson or Claudio (Don’t know who owns this rotten company) did not get the job done. Ok, let’s stick to Mr. Wilson. Contract stated 5 weeks to complete a basement that was already halfway completed before he took the job. Contract signed on January 6, 2021 and job started February 2, 2021. As of to date 10/26/2021 my basement is still not completed (Picture of a “Demand to complete repairs” from my lawyer is attached). This company/Wilson is the worst managed company I have ever delt with and a bit shady as well. First, let’s start with my dumpster that I paid for that was on my property. He had the nerve to bring other garbage and material from other jobs and dump them in my dumpster at my home. As if my house was the dump! And he filled my dumpster up with other site garbage about 90%, I only had about 10% of my garbage in the dumpster. I addressed this with Claudio and Wilson and this seems to be a normal practice but of course Wilson act like he didn’t know his guys was doing this. I call Bulls** on that! Next, I rented a porta potty due to Covid and so his crew would have a place to use the bathroom as needed. I rented this porta potty in January, I was told the job would take 5 weeks. I was expecting to pay no more than 8 weeks for this bathroom. I ended up paying over 7 months for this bathroom because I wanted to prevent his crew from urinating and whatever else on my property. Next I had to constantly throughout this process call and text to get this guy back to my home to work. He actually left my job for 5 months (no call no show) because I told him the floor was going take 4 weeks to get and did come in 4 weeks . He said he couldn’t complete anymore work until the floor was there. It blows my mind how idiotic that sounds when there was painting, electric, plumbing, doors, bathroom, you name it, and it could have been done. And this guy said he couldn’t do any work without the floor. Who paints after a new floor is put down when you can paint before it’s installed to prevent having to cover the floor or possibly ruining the floor, NJ UNreLIEable that’s who. When he did send someone, he would send 1 guy here 1 guy at another time. I can count on one had when he sent more than one worker to my house besides the painters and sheetrock guys (who he subcontracts to). He also allowed the sheetrock guys to bury all my junction boxes in the ceilings. Thank God I seen it coming and took pictures of where all my junction boxes were. I gotta tell you the supervision and management of my job was next to none. He would just send the guys to my house and I would have to supervise and tell them what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. Then they would have to ask me to go get material because the contractor/Wilson was not around (that pissed me off! Who the hell is the contractor me or Wilson!) I had to pay for material out of my own pocket that I did not get reimbursed for (I am going to sue this Wilson guy!). This guy Wilson wouldn’t show up to my house for months and then tell me how things were supposed to be done at a place he hardly ever been to. Then would yell at me as if he knew what the hell he was doing. Who yells at their client? NJ UNreLIEable. His guys didn’t know how to install my floor, so I had to hire someone else to do it. He did not know how to connect my boiler so I had to hire someone else to do it among other things I had to hire someone else to do because he did not have the expertise in his company to do it. I will say he had a few guys that I liked in his crew that did a very good job for me on the work they did complete and his sheetrock guys and painters were good as well. But the management of the job SUCKED!!!! This guy screwed the hell out of me for 8 months. I had to go to the Laundromat for 8 months because he didn’t finish my laundry room, my daughter sleeping in my bed for 8 months because we couldn’t move my kid’s room around because he has not finished the bedroom in the basement. Garage packed to the brim, I’ve been inconvenienced to the UTMOST and I would tell him these things but you know what, Wilson didn’t give a damn. Lies Lies Lies!!!! I kicked Wilson off my job after he left my job for 5 months and then he begged to come back to finish so I let him back because the other so call owner (Claudio) was unable to complete the job as well and this NJ UNreLIEable had most of the money so I was caught between a rock and hard place. I tell you, how the saying goes “Screw me once shame on you, Screw me twice shame on me”. He also had the nerve to tell me he was screwing me because his estimator under estimated the job. But this guy agreed to the price when he came and looked at the job. I cannot make this sh** up! He would tell me constantly he was coming and never show up, Lies Lies Lies! I asked him if he ever renovated a basement before because he did things so a** backwards it was unbelievable. He literally did not care about the quality of work at my home, he installed used shelves, and used BREAKERS in my panel, no attention to details and his guys would just leave my house and leave the back door and my gate wide open not to mention some small items/material that went missing as well. Worst experience ever! Besides the guy that screwed me before him. That’s right, the first guy screwed me and then came Wilson. But I am letting anyone who reads this to stay clear of this guy if you know what’s good for you. I have even over heard him talking to other clients that was having a bad experience with him as well. I would only highly recommend this guy to my WORST enemy! Well, maybe the third contractor is a charm! I am done with Wilson!Bridgewater Township NJ
