Comments: John Beach Construction, Inc. Is a general contractor building a number of single family homes in the NW Cape. JBC hired Noel Osario of NJ Painting to paint one of our models. Noel has not kept his word on completion, his overall work was of poor quality, he has taken our money and not completed his work. This has caused me to bring in a new painting Contractor, set me back in time and cost to repair and complete his work was more than $1,100.00 in addition to the money he has agreed to return but yet to do. I will be filing a complaint with Lee County Contractor Licensing Division. Beware if you hire NJ Painting and give him any money up front.Sanibel FL
