Work Description: Fix the door frame to the bathroom door. It was broken and the door wasn't closing right.
Comments: Nick fixed the frame but that night I tried closing the door and it didn't close right, leaving an uneven gap at the top of the door. I contacted Nick the next day and he returned my call. He told me that he would need to charge me more to fix it even though he admitted he should have checked it before he left. Prior to hanging up, he said he would just get it fixed right and would come over Friday evening at 6 pm ( maybe a little late due to traffic) I told him great! Friday night came and went - no show and no call. I called him Saturday and asked him to call me back, that I needed to know what happened and needed the door fixed. Saturday and Sunday came and went - no call. I called again Monday and told him I was very disappointed that he wouldn't return my call and just needed him to let me know if he was coming and to please call back. No call on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. I sent him an e-mail on Thursday asking him again to respond - response! This is VERY unprofessional and I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend him to anyone. He's unreliable!-
