Work Description: Partial bath flip
Comments: Horrible horrible person to hire for business. Nicardo Smith claim he would do bath part remodel but sends two strangers to my house. My lawn was ripped into and left tire marks and a vanity install not leaks and stinks up the bathroom. My brand new carpet also was stained with cement. Informed him of my concerns and he unleashes accusations about me to the help which had an attitude. He only resolve is threatening former clients and trying to sue for over inflated quotes. Paid 90% but materials were taken out my home and receipts were never given. He is rude, narcissistic individual that give contractors a bad name. Even his two workers complained about him the whole time about his unorganized and unprofessional business style. Complaints of not paying his workers and yelling at them and comparing them to people from Jamaica that is a citizen from. Please keep looking if you want professional service.Aurora OH
