Comments: I'm a realtor in the Surprise area and I often have houses for sale that are in need of repair. I've used Next Generation Roofing on a variety of roofing jobs. I've always been very happy with their work. They have a very helpful office staff who schedule the jobs and manage the financials. My experience is that jobs are always done on time as scheduled and there are no hidden costs. I think the quality of their work is excellent and I have had home inspectors comment on the quality of their work too.

Comments: ReviewMy Name is ***** *.. Next Generation Roofing did the roof on my Mom's house after a big wind storm peeled the roofing off of the patio on the back of the house. Since the roof was 20 plus years old the insurance company would only do the whole roof. I got several bids and Tracy from Next Generation gave me the best price and the roof looks great. They got it done quickly. I really like the new look of the roof and am worrie free now. My Mom has since passed but Tracy and her crew made her feel that she didn't have to worry about the roof anymore and put her mind at ease. They are now and extended part of my Family.

Comments: Had them out to give an estimate on a repair and a 'remove and replace' job for my clay tile roof. They were very professional, informative, and did a thorough inspection of the roof. They provided documents and pictures when they went over everything that they found. We decided to go with the remove and replace but will be holding off till later in the year due to budget constraints. I would not hesitate to contact them again when we get ready to do the work.
