Comments: Let me say I found the Contactor from HELL and some more. I will hold back on the detail for now. If I can't work things out with Mario - (Mariusz Klama) I will be back to provide full detail on my situation and Mario's background and how to legally deal with people like him. Valid his pictures! Tons of victims, I will be reporting this to the district attorney, this can become a criminal case if he has a pattern of taking money and not finishing the job. Check out what he did in OH!UPDATE

Comments: ATTN: Criminal. Don't waste your time or your money! Mario is a thief and after promising to refund our money for MONTHS after he was not able to even start our job, the check he finally gave us is bad. $2000 completely down the drain.He will seem nice when you meet him and promises good work for a reasonable price. He kept pushing off the start of our project due to "weather," and I come to find out he didn't even have any of the materials purchased whatsoever - he had been lying for weeks.
After finally getting a hold of him, he promised to return our money. What followed was two months of constant excuses as to why he couldn't do that. Now that we have discovered it was a bad check, he will not answer his phone. We gave him ample time (literally months) to rectify this situation, and he just confirmed our suspicions about his integrity.
We will obviously be pursuing this with our attorney and through court. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this guy!
