Comments: I was so happy to work with a professional person, who listened to me. I had mention to other roofing companies that the insurance would adjust the payment if needed. The problem was
the adjuster would not answer or call you back. I explained how and gave a phone, I said you would have to ask for a supervisor. I mention this to all of them who wanted to try. I only know of one who tried and gave up because the adjuster would not call back.
Thanks to Scott Rasmussen who not only listened to me, but he was also successful in speaking with a supervisor. This took time and effort on his part. I was so grateful for the extra funds he was able to receive. This made a world of difference especially to me.
His team came in at 6:30 am and was gone and finished by 2 pm the same day. They also cleaned up behind themself and left my yard as beautiful as it was before they started.
I would highly recommend New Image Homes to everyone. Their customer service was AMAZING!!!!

Comments: We had complete tear off, wood repair, and power vent work done. The pricing was competitive, the crews were professional, on time, and really cleaned up after themselves. Scott and Brad identified areas of concern, which they fixed, that we had no idea were a problem. This is an outstanding company to work with.

Comments: Dallin Ginn was the roofer who did our work. Showed up on time, was very professional, punctual and clean. Left no debris and was polite, efficient and took time to explain everything in detail.
I only gave 4 stars for quality because we haven't had any rain yet to throroughly test the repair.

Comments: I highly recommend New Image Homes to repair your roof. Scott Rasmussen was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the details of the project. Scott saved me $800 that I was going to have pay another company just to remove and replace the solar panel on the roof for my hot water tank. The other companies did not offer to work around the panel. The work crew was just as impressive. They were all professional, started work on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and you could not tell they were ever there.

Comments: This company is A plus. They were extremely Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Scott was on the roof with our insurance adjuster, and helped us tremendously by showing the storm damage. The crew that came to our home to replace our roof worked quickly, replaced wood and did other repairs needed. They had the entire process done in 3 days. They left our property clean and now we have a beautiful new roof.
We highly recommend using this company if your in the market for a new roof. Scott, Dallian, and your crew, we can’t thank you enough for making this an easy and satisfying experience.

Comments: The good=The owner Scott came out on a Saturday for my estimate when I couldn't get any other company to do that. He worked with my insurance to help me out. He was excellent.
The bad= installers came and did half the work the first day. They left nails and debris all over my back yard which I had to clean up so my dogs could go outside. The foreman offered to come help me clean it up but ultimately I got it cleaned before he got to my house. I was happy he was going that far for me. Second day, I arrive home and they are "done". Shingles missing, lose, pulling up, flashing not nailed down etc. Just an awful looking finished product. I again called the foreman and sent him pictures. He was not happy either and was able to get his crew back for a 3rd day to fix the errors.
In the end my roof looks good. We will see how it holds up after the first big rain. I would recommend this company but I might ask this particular crew not do the work. (Except the foreman. He was great)

Comments: This company contacted me right away. They gave me the name of a person who would stop by. Then they emailed me with another name , Dallin, and said he was their "skylight guy" and would be the best to look at my project. Dallin was supposed to meet with me last Friday at 10:30. By noon, when I hadn't heard anything, I emailed the company to confirm. Dallin called me and said nobody was available to check the skylight because someone had just quit and he didn't know skylights. He told me he would call me when they had someone else available. I need this repair done before any wind or rain, so it cannot wait and I already took a vacation day from work to be home to have this done. This company was a no show for their appointment. Would they have even reached out to me if I hadn't checked back with them? Plus, either Dallin is the "skylight guy " or not, but one person tells me he is, and he tells me he's not. I don't have any trust for this company now.

Comments: had some quality and pricing issues but owner came over and solved both issues. roofing repair is a business where the contractor has all the information and the homeowner has virtually none. contractors seem to use this unbalance of information to charge very high prices. I paid 550$ (after a return of 200$) for 4 man hours of work and 100$ worth of material.
