Work Description: Remodel next door
Comments: All workers pretend no English. They park across our driveway. They are 5 months into a job and are here at 7 a.m. sometimes until 9 p.m. they stop working to stare at any women here. They leave trash all over glass where we can sometimes park , nails in street . We live in a cul da sac and they are parked everywhere. Never a word to us can you move your car we are painting or putting stucco on place . We run out and move cars. They knock down fence between property not a word. We are third generation San Diego residents in pt. Loma never have been treated to workers who are so rude and annoying daily. My rating isn’t worth saying if this is their usual way to treat the neighbors of project I say find someone else.San Diego CA

Work Description: Granny flat build on historical house
Comments: Worst experience ever!!!they were here way before 8am,stayed well past 8pm,often past 9pm.trash left flying around.During windy storms,nothing was secured properly so the flapping& metal clanking was unnerving atleast 3different nights.Following mornings ,workers would stare&act; odd as if us neighbors had sabotaged their work space.Loud yelling,gasping,complaining,singing &music; til 9pm 7days a week,especially Saturday & Sundays!They used this cul de sac as a party place after work also,smoking ,drinking,leaving glass,cans& cigarette butts on the street & sidewalk ,never cleaned up.Why would it take over 4 months over 12 hours a day,7days a week to build a med sized granny flat?What a racket these guys got going on…The homeowner is mostly out of town& does not see it all.But they assured us that she condones& approves of everything they are doing😳

Work Description: Faruk has done five remodeling projects for me over the last ten years (3 complete remodels and 2 renovations).
Comments: Faruk is punctual, reliable, and always says what he is going to do. The quality of his work is great. I would recommend him and keep using him.-
