Work Description: Boat pad, garage apron and sidewalk
Comments: I had neighborhood concrete come out in 2018 to pour a boat pad, garage apron and new sidewalk after my old sidewalk sank along with my old asphalt driveway in front of my garage. I waited until now to post a review because anyone can pour a pad. I wanted to see how it held up. I’ve had a few friends pour pads/patios/driveways just to have them start to pit or crack horribly after 1 winter. I can honestly say that after 2 years it looks as good today as it did after it was poured. I’m so happy with how everything has held up that I’ve hired them back to come and pour a new patio in the coming weeks and am extremely excited for itSaint Paul MN

Comments: My project had a few issues upon completion and I was told they would be addressed "a few weeks later" because of the busy summer schedule. The fixes were never scheduled or completed despite my repeated attempts to contact and resolve the issue with the owner. This leaves me feeling like I did not get what I paid for.Minneapolis MN
