Comments: Paid 22K in Sept 22 to have walls repaired, painted and floor taken up and replaced. Walls were repaired, 2/3s floor removed 2/3 walls painted. Came 10 times in first 2 months. Did not appear in Nov, or Dec. Came once in Jan and have not seen him since. Refuses to provide receipts, or return money. Also, never disclosed his name on sexual offenders list.Manor TX

I paid My a good chunk of money to do sheetrock, floating, clean up...and now I've had to hire a new sub-contractor to re-do all of the work. Sad case. Work Description: Christmas lights installer
Comments: We hired My Dailey to put Christmas lights on our house. He quoted us a price to purchase the lights, put them on the house and come back to remove the lights after Christmas was over. Mr. Dailey arrived at our home to remove the lights and told us we owed him more money to do so. When I reminded him he quoted me a price that he specifically said included removing the lights he reluctantly said he would remove the lights. A few moments later, he told me he had a family emergency and left. We have been very patient with Mr. Daley speaking with him on the phone several times to find a time for him to remove our lights. He no longer returns our calls and a month later, he has still not removed the lights. I would not recommend Mr. Dailey to any one and believe that he is dishonest and unreliable.Round Rock TX

Comments: Very unprofessional. Came at night to do the job asked to use the restroom. Then had his girlfriend hangout and park in our driveway. Later another man came and brought his kids who ran through our yard and played in the neighbors yard and continuously came in to use the restroom. They left the bags on the lights, decorated the wrong items and after the 3rd time they came back at night with the kids to finish we said forgot it never return. They also took full payment up front and charged me 80 dollars for a 20 dollar wreath. Final insult was leaving light trash in the yard including smashed bulbs and their personal food garbage in our street.-
