M-Tully Construction is a design/build remodeling firm. Our focus
is in recreating existing spaces into new more functional and
pleasing living spaces. For 38 years now Mark Tully and his
associates have developed the people resources, skills and
product knowledge to produce excellent work. We work with very
knowledgeable plumbers, electricians and heating contractors who have the experience to do the job right. In creating beautifully
finished spaces flooring contractors, millwork specialists, tilers,
hardware resources and much more.
We belong to (NARI) , the National Association of the
Remodeling Industry. Not just because they have a "Code of Ethics" but also because they work hard to spread knowledge
of best industry practices and new trends in our industry. Our
work takes us from Minnetonka to Woodbury and across the
southern suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Work Description: Mr Tully replaced our deck and added a new section to it. He was very professional. He was prompt and always returned calls or messages quickly. His attention to detail was refreshing. We had 1 large change order during the process which he handled with a minimum of disruption. While the final invoice reflected the change he was very careful to make credits where applicable. In the end we are very happy. We have requested a bid from Mr Tullyfor another project

Work Description: On the job now - recomend highly. Priced fairly and within my budget. Wiling to work with you and around your time frame.
Comments: Would use again! Responded to inquiry almost immediately. Documents everything so no mistakes and nothing left to suspect - excellent practice in construction/remodeling world (1st day had multiple changes) - causing labor and price change.

Work Description: Mark worked on a bathroom update, which included new tile on the wall and floors, and inserting the sinks.
Comments: I would recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors.-
