Comments: We had our water heater abruptly stop working during this crisis with the Coronavirus so no hot water to wash hands etc. Not expecting to get an appointment anytime soon we called Mr. Ed’s and to our surprise we received same day service as well as a repair on the water heater and not a whole replacement. Anthony the young technician who came out was both professional and personable. Great Service!

He had to try several things to get the job done but through his perseverance he fixed our clogged drains and made recommendations to avoid the problem in the future.
