Got an immediate call (prefer email), was here the next morning to check job and provide quote; accepted (they were able to deliver and install same day); return, did the installation, cleaned up behind himself and was completed by 5:00 pm that day. Serviceman was friendly, polite, neat and pleasant to be around. Whole process was approximately five hours (allowed time for lunch and to return to warehouse to p/u item, return and install. *****+-
