Comments: The electrician was not in touch with what was needed to be done, he kept coming up with all kinds of reasons why none of his recommendations he made did not work after I agreed to let him do the work, always needed to charge more than originally quoted, the ceiling fans installed wobbled and still wobble! he comments after I told the wobble was not acceptable, he stated *all ceiling fans wobble * not true all* I have 5 other fans installed by sugarland electric and the do not wobble at all! He blew out a transmitter in one fan and I had to go ad buy another one for $249 from home depot because Home Depot stated the electrion shorted out the wires and yes i saw him do exactly that in person!!!! I have asked mr electric for some of my money back. The have not responded yet! Too bad they are not listed on the better business bureau in Houston, Katy etc. as I would report them as required

Comments: Man charged me $155.25 to "Diagnose" the problem. He just snipped the wires off the old fixture and told me it would cost over $470 to fix ! I paid him the $155.25 and sent him on his way ! Will NEVER do business with this company again and make sure everyone I know about it. Very unhappy ! I got the part from Amazon for $19.99 and I will find someone in the neighborhood to fix it. Feels like I was scammed !
