Work Description: Roof leak- no call, no show
Comments: Our house is a brand new construction that we've owned since Jan 31, 2020. According to the seller and contractor, Momentum did the roof. We had a flashing leak last week, and water was dripping significantly from a vent into our bathroom. Momentum set an appointment for 1pm today. Their tech didn't call and didn't show. I made four calls total. Each time, I was told I'd receive a call back; that didn't happen, so I kept initiating calls every 45 minutes for updates. On my last call, the rep thought he put me on mute; however, I heard his full conversation with another rep. He expressed that I was a nuisance, and then they collaborated on an excuse to tell me: the excuse was that they couldn't find their tech, but I'd receive a call before the end of the business day with an update or to set another appointment- that didn't happen. Do yourself a favor and find another roofer.
