Comments: I second everything that Allison review below said! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We had the same story, Denzel was pleasant to work with at first, gave us a great bid, we checked out reviews and work he had done, He took our $10,400.00 deposit last May (2023) with the promise he would build our deck in August. Did not show and will not reply now or send our deposit back. It is February 2024. our experience is almost identical to Allison's review.Riverton UT

Comments: Do not work with Denzel aka Modern Rustic Builders. Denzel took a deposit of $17k from us for a home cement & deck build and disappeared- no work done, no communication, no show in small claims court. Denzel was very pleasant to work with and come up with a decking plan and then once paid, he took the money and ran. We found out his business license is expired as well. All of this came after speaking with references that had great things to say about him. Do not trust any dealings with Denzel.Salt Lake City UT
