Comments: We have been the personal recipients of Modern Build Construction Inc by staying in Brady Sessions’ mother-in-law quarters that he directly designed, supervised, and built. It was very well done with all the amenities and comfort. It has a kitchen, bathroom, TV, and laundry room. Above the add-on is his expanded master bedroom. The casita has a glass sliding door and locking front door with a sidewalk and parking. We are aware of his many other successful projects that he has built. His supervisory skills are excellent and we recommend him highly. His employees love him, as do we.
