Work Description: Border roof replacement
Comments: Absolutely dishonest as hell. Never gave a quote or invoice when we told him how much we could afford to pay. The amount of money before finishing just the bottoms portion without paint already at the amount we told him. He adds on more saying deposit of $700 for gas alone. Saying 1 day of work is already $700 for labor.Never trust someone who doesn’t give a physical invoice or quote. They scam as much money out of you.

Comments: I found Jim Presti doing business as Mobile Authority to be untrustworthy & dishonest. He cheated me by charging without authorization for multiple items that had nothing to do with plumbing & grossly inflated those that did. On his website he lists a plumber’s license that does not exist.-
