Work Description: Rats in the attic
Comments: I used their service to get rid of rat activity at our rental property. After paying them over $1400 and two months later, the issue still exists and they keep rescheduling our follow up appointments and/or not reply to my texts or emails.I wish I had seen all of the bad reviews posted within the past year. I would have stayed away from this company! Stay away from them!!

Comments: Do NOT upset the owner - Mike Ysasaga. He will vehemently curse at you, be very vindicate and delay service by a month just to show you who's boss. If you don't like to be around extreme anger and the fear of violence, avoid this company. They think customers are a pain.Too bad. I think they can treat pest problems correctly.

Mike was rude when I
expressing my concerns. Took $599 for setting a trap. My family attempted several times to contact them on Saturday.
Very poor customer service. Do not trust them in your home.
I paid them before they entered the home. I was afraid of my snake problem and they saw my fear and took advantage. Do not let them take your money.

Comments: The employees were all great. They're nice, came on time and answered my questions. If they can get the job done for you, you'll have a great experience. However, if anything doesn't work out and you have to talk to the management/owner WATCH OUT!To be honest, this company tried very hard. I hired them for a rodent removal and for 3-4 months they tried their best, but they were completely unsuccessful. They did not kill or remove a single rodent. We heard rodents almost every night and saw them run across our house on multiple occasions. They came to my house a lot of times, but were unable to remove any of the rodents. There was definitely some careless work in the beginning; I do recall that after 4 or 5 times, they did another look around and found more places that according to them "should've been fixed earlier", but the real issue here is that they don't stand behind their word.
They advertise on their website a "100% satisfaction guarantee." Obviously, after 4 months of still living with rats, I was unsatisfied. When I called them, and Mike the owner finally stopped yelling at me (this was shocking and unnerving and by far the worst I've been treated by a customer support rep in my life) I told him that I wasn't satisfied and asked him about the guarantee from his website. He was clearly not happy about my request and asked me to give them two more weeks, and if they don't get rid of them in the next two weeks, he'll refund my money. I agreed (I preferred for them to get rid of them than to have my money). They took a more aggressive approach with poison and after those 2 weeks, the final tech who came out told me that there is no more they can do; they aren't capable of fixing my problem and I should call the office about the money. That night a rat ran across my kitchen floor in front of my wife.
I contacted them and they refused to refund me the money. They eventually offered to refund half the money and when I told them that we both already agreed that after 2 more weeks, they'd refund the money, I never heard from them again.
I rarely write reviews at all, let alone negative ones, but I can't work with businesses that don't keep their word. I went through the BBB and this company responded that they were at my house many times and have all the paperwork for that. I never denied that. I just requested them to give me the refund that they told me they would and that they advertise on their website.
I reached out to them multiple times before posting this review requesting the refund they promised and guarantee, and they never directly responded to the fact that they agreed to it. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
