Comments: First off all this was the only plumber who called me back. He had me take a picture of the shower handle and he have me an estimate and charge what he said. Though he arrived late At 4:30 pm for. 3pm job Rich got the job done within 15 min, so I don't hold his lateness against him. Like I said he was the only plumber to call me and willing to come to come to Far Rockaway! Work Description: I was having problems with the gas flow to a new stove. The appliance company sent two repair people and I was told that the issue resided in the gas line, not the stove.
Comments: I discussed the situation with Mr. Mirabile and he came over to evaluate the situation. Within five minutes, he discovered that the problem was not the gas flow at all. The appliance installers had put the gas regulator on backwards, thereby preventing the stove from receiving sufficient gas. He fixed the problem and wrote me a receipt explaining the issue so I could get my moment back from the gas company. He then went on to voluntarily check the gas meter to make sure I didn't have any other issues. He was knowledgeable and patient, which I definitely appreciated because I know he has been working a lot making repairs for people who had problems after Hurricane Sandy. Comments: Mr. Richie from Mirabile Plumbing was absolutely FABULOUS!!! I can't say enough about him. I work in the Operating Room and my time is somewhat flaky. Mr. Richie was kind enough to come to my home Before i went to work @ 8:00AM. He was there actually @ 7:50am. He completed the job within 10-15 minutes. The area was left clean, no residual putty, etc anywhere. All before I finished doing my hair. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR. RICHIE. I will definitely be calling him back to finish my bathroom and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE needing a Plumber.
