Description: Our company work with IKO Dynasty Asphalt Shingles (High-Speed Wind Resistance. High-Speed Installation. And a Class 3 Impact Resistance Rating) for sloped roofs and CertainTeed Flintlastic (160 mil membrane is manufactured with a resilient polyester reinforcement saturated and coated with SBS-modified bitumen). For roof tiles, we will work with the Brand and Material of your preference. We also install solar tiles if you want a solar roof with an accent look (YES!! No need for solar panels).
We perform remote estimates using satellite imagery. That means no salespeople knocking on your door and lower prices.
If you agree with the estimate, we will go to your property to get the contract and the permit documents signed.

What to expect when you hire us to replace your ASPHALT SHINGLES roof?
A- We will tear off the existing roof system down to the deck and inspect the deck for damages or rotten wood. If issues are found, we will replaced the damaged / rotten portion with new wood.
B- We will install peel & stick (aka Ice & Water barrier) on the valleys and eaves and, then install two layers of synthetic underlayment, replace all pipe boots by new and redo the flashings.. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the dry-in and confirm everything is per code)
C- We will start installing the asphalt shingles.. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the roof in progress and confirm everything is per code)
D- We will complete the shingles installation and install all vents... The city of the county will perform a final inspection and confirm everything is per code).

What to expect when you hire us to replace your FLAT roof?
A- We will tear off the existing roof system down to the deck and inspect the deck for damages or rotten wood. If issues are found, we will replaced the damaged / rotten portion with new wood.
B- We will install peel & stick (SA Base Sheet) onto the entire portion of your roof, replace all pipe boots by new and redo the flashings.. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the dry-in and confirm everything is per code)
C- We will start installing the SA Cap Sheet.. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the roof in progress and confirm everything is per code)
D- We will complete the Modified Bitumen installation and install all vents... The city of the county will perform a final inspection and confirm everything is per code).

What to expect when you hire us to replace your TILE roof?
A- We will tear off the existing roof system down to the deck and inspect the deck for damages or rotten wood. If issues are found, we will replaced the damaged / rotten portion with new wood.
B- We will install peel & stick (aka Ice & Water barrier) on the valleys and eaves and, then one layer of #30 felt, replace all pipe boots by new, redo the flashings and prime the tin-caps.. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the "tin-caps" inspection and confirm everything is per code)
C- We will install a code approved tile underlayment (PolyGlass TU MAX or equivalent) throughout your roof. (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the "dry-in" inspection and confirm everything is per code)
D- We will start setting the roof tiles... (at this point, the city or the county will inspect the roof in progress and confirm everything is per code)
D- We will complete the Roof Tiles installation and install all vents... The city of the county will perform a final inspection and confirm everything is per code).
