Work Description: Hard wood floor refurbish
Comments: Prompt response and amazing customer service. I received a call back the same day and Paolo came out the next day for an estimate. We then set a date for within a month and they delivered on their promise. Extremely professional and efficient. They refurbished hardwood floors in four rooms and even refurbished the wood (that was so worn and discolored that it didn't match the rest of the room) in one room to match the stain of the rest of the wood in that room. Great quality and price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.Framingham MA

Comments: Paulo and his great team recently refurbished our hardwood in 3 rooms, 2 hallways, and staircase. His great service started with a prompt return call about coming to our house for an estimate. He gave us great options of what we could and should do as far as getting what is best for us and our floors. From this information we decided to follow his advice and get the recommended work on our floors. We quickly had a date that worked for us for them to come and do our floors and they delivered on every single thing that they promised, while always being available for communication throughout the whole transaction. On top of the great customer service the work they provided was amazing and we couldn't be happier with how our floors came out!! Highly recommended. Great service for a great price.-
