Comments: Baseboards were supposed to be caulked, garage floor was to be painted gray, dooor to garage was to be painted gray. The. Sensor to my garage was knocked loose and it cost me $328 to fix. Left garbage in an empty house with showings so potential buyers saw filth. Left dirty footprints on a freshly steam cleaned floor. Visible stains were left on garage floor.
