Comments: If I could rate just the crown molding part of the work, I would have given them three stars but a bathroom remodel (the main reason we hired them) was the deciding factor for me rating this business as one star. Shoddy craftsmanship, a general lack of knowledge, and poor project management made this a very unpleasant experience, one of which we are still dealing with today. Our remodel made us feel like we were not a priority because they were doing Jiffy Lube renovations which left one man (who repeatedly stated "I'm no plumber") to do the majority of the work.This is a classic example of overselling and underperforming. What problems are we dealing with at our home? Well, the shower and radiator still leak (from various fittings either incorrectly plumbed in or installed), the tile work looks like something I would have done when I first started doing tile (actually worse since I would have cared more since it is my home), fixtures improperly installed (I had to reinstall them myself), electrical fixtures incorrectly installed, and poorly installed shower base pain to name a few. I had to go out several times to local hardware stores to fix issues or finish unresolved issues. A four-week project lasted almost three times that long and by the time it was done we just wanted to be done with the company. I am sure had we asked for them to come back and fix the issues they may have eventually addressed our concerns but by that point we wanted them gone.
Bottom line: if you are looking for basic woodworking and demolition, then these are your guys (although again I really wouldn’t recommend them to anyone). Anything else, be wary and be prepared to keep a careful eye over everything that they do.
