They seemed to know exactly what they were doing, they answered all of my questions not only after the job but while they were doing it, they changed their plans at a moments notice because I asked for a special change, and they left my house in better shape than it was in when they got here.
It was a large job. They replaced all the incoming water lines, including the main, and they replaced my water heater in just one day.

Comments: There were difficult spots that needed connecting but Lee and Arthur knew what needed to be done. They even fixed a pipe that wasn't connected to my washer and pointed out a safety problem on my hot water tank that I wasn't aware of and fixed that. They didn't leave until the job was done! I was so relieved.

They fixed both, work was done efficiently and quickly. We now have 2 showers that work well and as they should

Comments: They were on time and showed us what was wrong and needed to be fixed. They charge a set price regardless of time, including the parts. It seemed a little high to me but if it had taken 8 hours instead of 1, the price was the same. Work was very good, just a different pricing model, but I'd use again!

Comments: Only two of the companies replied to the request. Robert Speirs Plumbing and Smedley did not reply. Valley replied within in minutes and Stallion within an hour. I chose Valley because he seemed very knowledgeable regarding the problem. The Stallion representative was less verbal and was more difficult to communicate with.
