Work Description: Roof replacement
Comments: Company started a job, took weeks to get part of it done and then disappeared with 33,000 dollars. They had their insurance cancelled for non payment and no workers comp. Extensive interior damage occurred due to their negligence. Ceilings collapsed, people were displaced, and the cleanup is taking longer than the actual job would have if Epic Makeover was actually competent They've been reported to the BBB and the PA Attorney General for consumer theft. Watch out for sales people coming in under J. Ottenberg, A. Michaels, or McNeelyPittsburgh PA

Comments: The company was very professional and prompt. Ed came out one day and fixed the roof 2 days later.I feel for a repair not a replacement of the roof and with the mere cost of the materials and the labor time for repairs...the cost was high and probably due to you being in between the construction contractor and me as the customer.
I was happy with the entire repair and the way we were treated, but being a senior citizen I would like to see the prices a little more in line with the material costs and labor time spent.
My father was a home builder and an excellent cost efficient one who took great pride in his work and providing the customer with an extremely reasonable price for the home. I built houses with him and was the boy he never had. So I speak from experience.
Thank you for the recommendation...I was in charge of the project for my dear friend who just had 6 strokes in 3 weeks and was unable and not education in this area of home repairs as most woman are not.
