Comments: I paid for services. Aftet first repair I called to say the machine was still malfunctioning, Service man returned and slapped some liquidish substance on the spot that had been worked on. I called later to report that it was still malfunctioning, I was asked to call back and my message would be forwarded to proper personell, I did as requested and have not recieved a reply for 18 days. Comments: They are so slow and when I tried to get ahold of them from the number that was provided I couldn’t get them nor could Samsung. They also gave me a window of 12-4. But Samsung switched it to 8-12 they didn’t show up or call until 4:45. Although they had excellent knowledge about what was wrong with my dryer and they were professional and nice.
