Work Description: Lanai build and screening

Comments: 7 Diamond Builders recently constructed a screened in patio for us. The process started off rocky to do some miscommunication between the staff. Daniel and Sam mad sure that everyone thing that was promised was delivered. The Romero Brothers were excellent when it came to installation and explaining the process. They were very prompt and thorough in their work. They took pride in their work and cleaned up daily. Overall, I would recommend 7 Diamond Builders for any project you may have.

Comments: Came out and reviewed job, Sent a quote, but when I pointed out the clauses that I would not accept, ie only $99 for a building permit and inspections, when it cost me $249 for a prefab shed to be install. And any reinspections for their mistakes would be on me to pay. Also, clause not to negative review them is a big Red Flag

Comments: I highly recommend anyone considering them to go a different direction completely wasted our time making promises and bait and switch on estimates that went up every time. We dodged a bullet not using these guys and would recommend you do the same.
I am sorry that we declined to sign with you any contract due to your low budget for luxury project. We provide high quality work per code and we are licensed bonded insured. We cant do shady work.
