Work Description: Weekly deep cleaning of interior of my home.
We agreed upon a weekly rate and a one time first clean rate. The team member I interviewed did not come as promised so I then had to walk through the two housekeepers and explain my needs again. They arrived thirty minutes late to start the day. When I walked through the house to check the completed work, there was cleanser in the tubs and on the sink tops. The baseboards and moldings were not dusted as requested nor was the furniture vacuumed. The bathroom floors had not been mopped properly as there was still hair and dust on the surface as well as a foot print on the stone. Thehousekeeper came on high heels with no socks and proceeded to clean barefooted. Finally, the interior window sills and windows were not all wiped down nor was the microwave oven or stovetop wiped out. After they left, I received a call from the son, Nelson, stating for forty dollars additional per week they would be happy to return. I declined due to the unprofessional manner in which they conduct business.
