Comments: When I contacted Master Plumbing about a leaking water heater late in the day on a Friday before a holiday, I was blown away to get a call back less than an hour later from Jonathan, who was willing to come to my home and give me quotes on options just 30 minutes later. Then, it turned out that he had a suitable water heater in his trailer and was willing to stay on that evening to finish the job. He explained everything clearly, gave me options, did a neat and thorough job, and cleaned up the work site completely. What's not to like? I thought I might have to wait up to a week to get the job done, and it was completed within 24 hours of my discovery of the problem. I will definitely call him again if I have a plumbing problem!-
