Comments: He could not figure out what the issue was. His work around to the problem has me turning on a light switch in the stair case of the upstairs apartment to get power to the light switch and outlet in my apartment. The outside light should be controlled by both apartments now only one apartment controls it. The staircase light only works if the top of the stairs switch is on. So on your way out if you forget to flip the top stair case switch, when you return in the evening you cant turn on the stair case light from the entrance. Not happy with his work.Bronxville NY
